The questions people ask

What counts as a component?
One monitorable thing: an OS version, a firewall model, a SaaS product, an application. “Microsoft 365” is one component; 30 laptops on Windows 11 is one component.
What if our stack changes?
Email us. New hire brought a new tool, swapped firewalls, retired a server — reply to any briefing with the change and we update the list. Essential plans get changes applied at the quarterly review; Professional and Premium within two business days.
Can we get a one-time check without subscribing?
Yes — the renewal readiness snapshot is available standalone for $750: a baseline exposure report timed for your insurance renewal or audit, credited toward onboarding if you subscribe within 60 days.
What's a video review?
On Professional, a five-minute recorded walkthrough every quarter: your evidence report, what changed in your stack, and what to fix next. On Premium it's monthly. It's the analyst talking you through your own report — easy to forward to a partner who will never read a PDF.
Multiple locations?
Essential and Professional cover a single site. If you run separate networks or gear across several offices, that’s Premium — multiple sites are included. If your second location is laptops on the same stack, one list usually covers it; ask and we’ll tell you honestly which plan fits.
Discounts?
Annual billing is two months free with onboarding waived. Founding clients: pricing locked permanently, and direct input on the briefing format. Registered nonprofits and schools get 20% off any plan — mention it when you write in.
