§ security

Security at Netsyn

A zero-access service still holds one sensitive thing: your inventory list. Here is exactly how we treat it, in plain language.

§ your inventory

How we handle your inventory

  • Product names and versions only

Your inventory never includes addresses, credentials, network maps, or configurations — we have no use for them.

  • Encrypted at rest

Your inventory is stored encrypted, not in a spreadsheet on a laptop.

  • Access-limited

Access is limited to the analyst serving you.

  • Never sold, never shared

Your inventory is never sold, shared, or used for anything beyond delivering your service.

  • Deleted when you leave

Deleted within 30 days of offboarding. The list itself is yours and leaves with you.

  • Never named

We do not publish client names, case studies, or testimonials, for anyone, at any size. Policy, not modesty.

§ what we never ask for

What we will never ask for

Passwords. Credentials. Remote access. Agent installs. Not during onboarding, not for an “urgent fix,” not ever — the service is designed so we never need them.

If anyone claiming to be Netsyn asks, it isn’t us. Forward it to security@netsynvector.com.

§ reporting

Reporting a vulnerability in this site

Found something wrong with netsynvector.com? We’d genuinely like to know. Email security@netsynvector.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Good-faith reports are welcomed and answered by a person — we will not pursue anyone for responsible research.
